Due to the nature of our clients and the types of clinics they are working with, you will find our requirements are stricter than typical agency requirements.

21–36 years old
BMI
18–27.9
Prior Pregnancy
At least one prior healthy pregnancy
Prior Deliveries
Maximum 4 prior deliveries
C-Section History
Maximum 1 prior C-section
Miscarriage History
Maximum 1 prior miscarriage
Psychological Health
No significant psychological history (psych evaluation required)
Stability
Must be financially & socially stable
Background Check
Clean criminal background check
Absolute Disqualifications
Preeclampsia, diagnosed gestational hypertension, hyperemesis, gestational diabetes requiring medication, placental abruption, placenta accreta/increta, miscarriage later than 16 weeks' gestation, documentation of smoking or drug use during pregnancy, current nicotine, drug or marijuana use, use of psych medications in the past 3 years, chronic health conditions, uterine abnormalities or pathologies, untreatable communicable diseases in self or partner.
All candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) — No exceptions.
